I’m Jake Marsh, one of the founders of Monolist.
We think that managing your work is too much work. Figuring out what you need to do across all the tools you and your co-workers use is incredibly difficult, and it only gets worse as companies grow.
Monolist is a global, actionable inbox. It pulls in all of the tasks you have across all your tools, gives you the information you need to complete them, and allows you to take action from one place. Whether you’re an engineer merging code, or a salesperson responding to an email, Monolist helps you do your best job.
While working together for the past three years, my co-founders and I realized that different teams use different tools for communication and task management. A designer might manage his/her work in Figma, an engineer in Gitlab, a product manager in Quip, and your boss in email – but you still need to work together. This leads to siloed organizations, disconnected teams, and lost tasks. We’re building Monolist to fix that problem.
