Is it good to work on small project and sell it with all ideas and efforts we spent?
Hi everyone,
I'm a mobile app developer working in the organisation who gives me a monthly salary. But I don't have dare to quit a job and start working on my own idea.
So in my spare time like weekends/holiday, I was thinking to develop one mobile app and thinking to find a buyer for my project who willing to buy my mobile app with the app idea, source code and everything which I spent efforts?
Will it work?
If yes, Is there any good platform where I can do this deal?

I was pretty much in the same situation as yours when I was doing my full-time job and then started working on some side projects (mobile apps).
These apps slowly picked and started generating decent revenue. I continue to build more such apps and keep growing them.
Whenever I would need funds to supplement my further projects, I would list one of my old apps on platforms like Flippa and sell them. If your app is good and has sufficient users to generate passive income, it will be easy to find buyers on Flippa.com
I have also sold my app source codes on platforms like Codecanyon & Chupamobile.

Thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity, the ones that you successfully sold on the platforms you mentioned above, are they freshly developed with no operation data or are they somewhat stable in terms of generating revenue? Of course if you don't mind sharing.
They were not freshly developed. Had been on the store for over a year atleast and were generating stable revenue.

This is very ambiguous, as it could obviously work, but it can also fail. Everything falls onto your shoulders on if it'll work or not.
If you're going ahead with this, I would try out 1kprojects.com, and possibly look into Flippa and other markets, however Flippa has been known for scam sales.

I have been a Flippa user as a seller and had absolutely no problems. Thanks to their in-built escrow system.
The scam sales that you are talking about is on the buyer's side or seller's.
