Monitoring suggestion for Node on Heroku?

Hey all, I've been using Opbeat to monitor my incoming traffic on Heroku, but unfortunately they're shutting down. Does anyone have any good alternatives? Ideally it would:

• play nice with Heroku and Node
• offer a statistical breakdown per path (ie show response times per path)
• relatively straightforward to setup
• not too expensive
