Mastermind groups, where to find?

I've been always frustrated when comes to find people with a similar mindset who wants to discuss things and grow together (not necessarily a partnership). I've heard about these mastermind groups and I'm interested to get to do something like that, but where to find these people or already a group to join?

Do you participate in any group? What was/is your view about it?
