What industry should I choose to target?

Hi Everyone,

This is Aazar, I am the Co-Founder of ECOMPLY.io. GDPR hype seems to go down. We're struggling to get more leads and close more customers with the same rate as below.

We've made a generic tool for everyone. I believe we should focus on one market for one product. We cant afford to be a solution for everyone. Hence, we are re-thinking the market.

We think primary and secondary schools do need to be compliant and they are not right now. Hence, we can help them. But it is difficult to find out what are the ways to close them quickly.

Similary, hotels and hostels are also a good market. It is difficult to find the owner via sales channel such as cold call, cold email marketing or something else.

If you were me, which industry would you choose and why?

What's the best way to reach out to these decision maker of such industry?
