I don't actually know what to type into the call to action box. Also the text box text could be bigger. Its way out of proportion.
I'd remove the height and min-height. Maybe font-size:24 and padding:12px will give you a similar look with better spacing.
Your hero/banner image and nav bar clash quite a bit in terms of contrast. A different shade of purple may help.
It might also be beneficial to have your hero image at, say, 70 or 80vh rather than 60 to help create more of a focus on your initial call to action. Having your cards within clear view on desktop makes me want to scroll and entirely avoid your initial CTA.

I've seen that on desktop screens with small resolution it's still kinda messed up. Everything is kinda big maybe ?
My first impression is that there is a lot of information everywhere with little in terms of helping me to figure out what is important and what is not. Maybe play around with the sizes of the fonts and graphics? I am on desktop btw.
