From a business perspective, intercom.
Signal. It is probably the most private/secure messenger on the market.
My personal favorite is Telegram, I use it extensively, the one feature I cannot live without is the Bot.
I don't understand why Telegram is so popular? It's not even encrypted by default and the number of people I know who thinks it is and send unencrypted messages thinking they're encrypted is too high. Massive UX fail imo.
How do you use a Bot practically? I mean it's fun and all, but I can't see an actual daily use case!
Could you elaborate how a Bot service is essential to you?
