I currently have one SaaS product in production. I use Google's GSuite at $5 / month for emails which allows me to have emails at my domain, eg: support@mycoolsaas.com.
This coming year I plan to create several more MVP SaaS products which again will all need their own emails at their relevant domains.
At the moment I figure ill just create additional $5 / month gsuite accounts for every SaaS (I presume that's possible?). Every day ill just cycle through each manually in the browser.
For those of you managing multiple products, what do you do in terms of email? Im asking from the perspective of being efficient, keeping up to date with checking emails every day etc.
Any tools, tips, techniques for having a quick and easy global view of your emails across multiple products? I currently just use gmail in the browser. Maybe I should switch to using a client like Thunderbird instead (im on Linux).
I use ZohoMail and I get five users free per custom domain name.
The mobile app allows you to log in to multiple accounts and switch instantly... Awesome experience, you should give it a shot.
+1 for zoho email, you can connect many domains, and you can even use a single user, and connect all the emails to this user (creating alias). This way, I'm managing more than 12 emails (contact@domain1.com, contact@domain2.com,...) with a single user.
There is a referral program, you can ask someone his referral link for zoho, and you'll get +5 users for free...
Great, thanks for the Zoho suggestions, ill definitely investigate this a bit more.
Being able to login with one user and manage all my domain emails would be great.
I'm using GSuite right now as well and just set up the settings to send/receive mail under different domains, should be under Settings > "Send mail as". It's worked for me so far since I don't get too many emails yet.
Ok, so you mean you are able to send email using different domains from within a single GSuite account? I didn't know you could do that. I thought a single GSuite account was used for a single domain.
I use and really enjoy Front. It's a paid app and costs $15/month. It's also technically marketed as a shared inbox for teams. However all that said it's by far the best way for an individual to manage multiple email accounts. Within Front I have connected my personal account and multiple business accounts. It gives me a single place to sign in and reply to all of my email accounts. As a bonus you can share select accounts with other people as needed.
I use multiple Gsuite accounts for each, and Polymail as my email client so everything comes in to one place. Works fine!
At this point I'm still using my private Gmail address with labels for incoming mails and aliases for outgoing mails.
The guide I used for this can be found here: https://www.chrisanthropic.com/blog/2014/mail-forwarding-with-mailgun-and-cloudflare
Incoming mail gets tagged with a label based on the 'To' e-mail field. Outgoing mail is send via an Alias in my Google account and a Mailgun account. (Although this doesn't have to be Mailgun, any SMTP server will do)

This is great, I didn't realize you could use multiple domains within one gsuite account. I think ill probably just go for that and as you say, if anything takes off I can create a separate account for that later if needed.
