Hi,
I am thinking quite a lot lately about starting my new project. I have created a landing page: https://www.scalelead.com I am thinking about connecting internal company discussions with your team members (something like Slack) and external communication channels (customer support system, email, etc) in one shared workspace.
Best,
Wiktor
When you click in "How it works" you go to "Super easy installation" . I think you need to explain better how it works.
Maybe some examples, videos, storytelling.
But what I understood of your post, the main problem is the distance from internal teams from the clients, Is it correct?
I would like to provide single tool where communication within company is going on, so you do not have to use many communication tools which are not really connected together.
This seems very similar to Slack. With their 3rd party Apps integration, they can do exactly what you're describing. Are you trying to make a standalone product that combines these specific things (customer service, internal communications, emails, etc.) without the need for 3rd party integrations? Is this a simplification type of software? Is the product aimed at one industry specifically?
Yes, it would be standalone product without the need for 3rd party integrations. Is it aimed at one industry? I do not know, maybe, I was thinking of e-commerce maybe, but I am not sure... what do you think?
After checking your website for 3-4 minutes, I am unable to understand what problem you are solving or in what situation service would bring value to its users. Maybe you could provide (here and on website) a real life scenario where your service brings tons of value)?
As I pointed out above: "I would like to provide single tool where communication within company is going on, so you do not have to use many communication tools which are not really connected together."
I have a good insight at one development studio (around 40-50 devs) where they create one or more Slack channels for every project. So for example, there is one channel where end users, customers (who pay for development services) and developers can communicate with one another. If I understand correctly, you would solve this in a better way?
Looks great!
