I created a birthday reminder app. I would love your feedback!

Hi all,
I created a birthday reminder app called Birthday Genie. You can use it at https://birthdaygenie.co. The way it works is simple: You enter your friends' birthdays and it sends you an SMS reminder the morning of, repeating annually.

My main motivation was to get my feet wet using Bubble.is (which is awesome!). But I have also wanted a tool like this for a long time.

I would love feedback:
a) Product feedback: What could be changed / added / improved?
b) Any creative for ideas getting it into peoples' hands?

    1. I think an app would be better, but as people have suggested - a way to import if you don't know them - for me - I would rather enter - I don't want/need a reminder for all my acquaintances, but important people.
    2. a landing page which explains better
    3. maybe a reminder for the week that tells me what's coming up (or month) I may need time to buy something and have it delivered - same day is a bit late for me
      4 - I might prefer a notification (app) or an email - I'm not a big fan of texts myself.

    Otherwise - I've thought of this idea too and like that you're doing it!

      Thanks @kevinkevin. Others have proposed the option of getting an earlier reminder as well - definitely a consistent request. I am planning to add that in V2!

    See if you can add support for social network import. If you can get the birthday via API for people you could bulk import.

    Also, you can ask to auto-post during this process which will help you spread virally.

      Thanks Kevin. It's my understanding that the Facebook API does not expose your friends' birthdays unless they're also signed up. Am I wrong about that?

    Landing page looks nice and simple. Well done!
    Sorry, but I didn’t see much value in it to leave my phone number. Also I don’t remember all my friend birthday dates(I know, I’m a bad person). Maybe if this would be an App where I log in with facebook so it sends me a notification with congratulation text suggestions. But that’s kind of what facebook does already. I have more problems to buy a gift for someone, so you could send a notification a week/month before birthday with present suggestions(based on my friend interests) and how/where to buy it. :)
