How should I choose the best solution?
I have identified a problem and would like to build a product around it but cannot decide on an approach or how would I make the best product. Also I am thinking of using Vulcan for it, anyone has experience with it or advice for it?
Best tool for the job is the one you already know. The more time you invest in selling to/listening to potential customers, the more obvious these decisions will become :)

Sorry I know this sounds like a noob question and also as I don't have much experience with talking to people but what's the best way to find and identify potential customers? Should I go to a library, try online?

I'd like to help, but based on the information you've given so far I really can't be specific about where you'll find potential customers.
You say you've already identified a problem - who has this problem?
When you know that, it should be relatively easy to find a channel via which you can contact these customers (it doesn't have to be the best way at the beginning). Maybe that's LinkedIn, maybe it's Facebook groups, maybe it's something completely different (if you're selling riding products, for example, hanging around stables might be a good way to get first customers).

Wow thanks, that did clear a lot of stuff in my mind.
As for the problem it focuses on concerned parents who are worried about their kids being too attached to tech gadgets and don't have the motivation to do anything else and also some of them feel the schools their kids go to are a monopoly basically and the kids are not getting the best education. I believe I will need more validation too but your comment has given me an idea to go to parent groups who home school their children and ask them more about it. Thanks again!
