Interested in my Tweetstorm Roundup Newsletter?

In many respects, the tweetstorm/thread has replaced the blog post -- I find a great deal of value when folks share their thoughts using the tool. However, the ephemeral nature of tweets, and newsfeeds in general, often leads to those ideas being lost to the content graveyard.

To combat this, I'm gathering up and sending out these threads in an email newsletter to share this thought-provoking content. I sent the first one out on Saturday -- https://www.getrevue.co/profile/datadavis/issues/thread-digest-inaugural-issue-89721 -- feel free to check out and sign up for the future.

I am preparing #2 and figure I'll send this out 3-4 times a month as I am able to amass enough interesting threads per mailing (I had plenty of free time over the holidays for these first two).

Do you read threads on Twitter? Are there any prolific tweetstormers I should keep an eye on?

There is an interesting tool you can use to send newsletters and build mailing list. It's available at tinyletter.com

Forgot about TinyLetter. Thanks for the rec.

I feel similarly about tweet storms — it's frustrating to miss the good ones. But I care more about certain verticals than I do Twitter as an entire medium. Meaning, I wouldn't want to subscribe to something for tweet storms in general… but tweet storms about tech? Sure.

Thanks for the feedback. Tech is one of my sections in the newsletter -- perhaps I can peel that section out and post a roundup here to keep it topical.
