Soon I'll start interviewing again and I've got one question from looking at your site, do you allow me to order the applications? Or do you do any smart ordering based on the interview stage? Something like "I need to respond" applications being highlighted in the ui before all others?

Thanks for the kind words. The ordering is currently based only on creation date. I thought to keep things dead simple in the beginning, but custom ordering and filtering are core features of a "CRM" kind of product, thus they are planned to be added in the next coming weeks.
