What more features can be added to my education related web application?

Hi, so my web application acts as an intermediary between the student and the university. Allowing the user to check their eligibility and then complete a web application and submit the form.

I wanted to ask if you guys can think of any other useful feature to add to my web application since currently I feel like it can do a bit better in terms of offering more to the user.
