Looking for feedback and Initial users: Slack group to subcontract out extra work

I'd like to create a slack community for pre-vetted freelancers that have too much work (I know good problem to have) with channels organized by topic e.g. design, art, development etc., and connect them with other pre-vetted freelancers that can take on the work - basically subcontract.

Posters can figure out the details like how much info to share, how they would like to structure the deal do they want to hire out the work at fixed price, hourly rate, fixed fee/commission, no fee, percentage basis etc.
