Getting Banned from Google AdWords

So - I didn't know what I was doing and I got myself banned from google adwords. I think it's because I had an email address in my ad, but I don't actually know for sure because google doesn't tell you. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get unbanned, that would be great. But otherwise I just wanted to say that everyone should be careful and also read guidelines very carefully before you do any advertising on google so you don't get banned.
