Equity in return for Software Development Services?
I was wondering if anybody would be interested in such a deal? Giving equity for a software dev services?
I'm running a JS dev company and before that I was bootstrapping a few startups, but currently I would like to focus on build a software development company. I love new products, SaaS products and would like to contribute and be a part of validated IH startups.
Do it but set a deadline and make sure it is all vested.
I did almost eight years for an US startup and while they are still in business I've written off my "investment" and regret not having switched jobs after three or four years.
