What is the best site to hire developers?
I'm designing / developing an MVP.
I usually do everything myself, but to speed things up, I'm looking to hire someone to help me with Rails/JS work.
What services/websites have you had the most luck with on hiring engineer freelancers? Upwork, Toptal, whatever etc..
I've used upwork from both sides and I am overall happy with how it went.
Upwork is great but you have to be smart and know how to hire
