We're currently working on a plan tailored to businesses, which should help with most of your points - we're also collecting feedback, to ensure this is really something businesses need and will use.

1. Easiest now, would to use (something like) 1Password for teams. You can easily set up teams and add credentials there. Bit off work to set up at first, but worth it over time.
   2, 3,4. Have a product (and one big spin-off in early beta) that helps with this. ✌️😊

1/2 Are hard because it depends on the service, and most won't give you access in an automated fashion.
