  Hey Kevin, indeed you are right. We are currently working to add Sketch in a next release. Are there other design tools or features that you would also like us to add? What kind of app do you use to develop?

    Would love to come back around to trying it out when you guys have Sketch. So far, there's a lot of code design-->conversion tools out there, but if I spend a few minutes trying them out and it's not a miracle easy-to-use/clean-code-generating/responsive solution, I just lose interest

I can't work out what this is.
Are you offering to write the apps for me if I design the pages using one of those tools? I think I'm not getting something...

  Hi Squiffy! It's a very good question. Yotako basically works in 3 steps: first you import a design file (like for example a Photoshop or a Balsamiq file) into Yotako online, then you have to select the kind of applications and the code you want to develop your app. Finally you choose in which repository you will get your code afterward. At the end you get a custom source-code based on your design. Is it more clear? :)

    So I would design my pages in (for example) Balsamiq, choose (for example) Swift for the code, and I would get back .. what? A complete application? If so, how about app logic (db's etc.) Or would I get some scaffolding that requires more work to add business logic? Just trying to understand.

      Actually Yotako provides you with the front-end part, it helps you with what's related to the design so you can apply your creativity to work on the business logic...

        So, comments :
        
        it was not clear to me at all what you were offering (as my questions above show). I think you need to state what you get back a little more explicitly.
        
        I can't see any pricing. In my head this screams "expensive!" at me and puts me off. Hopefully I'm wrong :) I think you need to say how much for how much.
        
        which stacks do you currently support? I think you should say rather than have a frustrating back-and-forth conversation along the lines of "can you do this?" - "no", "how about this?" - no, etc etc.
        
        finally, your animated GIF of the process is too small and fast for me to see it properly. Could you put screenshots somewhere for people like me who are a little older :) You have some for the design tools but not your product.

We have been working on this with a few friends: a tool to help designers and developers in the transition from design to code for web and mobile apps. Yotako basically works in 3 steps:
1. Import your design file (e.g. a PSD file) into Yotako
2. Choose the stack of your choice (e.g. Swift)
3. Select in which repository (e.g. Github) you will get your code
The tool is currently in private beta, let me know if you are interested to use it so I can send you a private access.

  I think you got your user segment wrong, developers won't use this. Marketers & designers would (for example: Designing emails, landing pages...).

  Sorry but I really don't get. Okay, I have my psd and selected Swift. Does your tool generate the code itself? Or, who should put code into a repo? If a human why I need your service?

    After you imported your PSD and selected Swift, Yotako creates source-code based on your design and the stack you chose. And you can grab this code in the repo you want (on Github or Bitbucket). The tool helps you to speed up your development as it enables you to go faster from design to code.

      In this case, if it creates the code automatically, it sounds very cool to me! (Although I'm not sure how the generated code is close to what I meant in my PSD). So you probably have to emphasize that it does a lot of work for you else it's not clear and it's the main feature.
