Ask IH: What is the best way to find a startup that solves a problem?

The other day, I remember seeing a website that talks about building an MVP without code. I forgot to bookmark it and the next day, a friend of mine asked about building an MVP for his idea and I couldn't find that website again.

Whenever we need a tool or a solution to a problem, it's given that we turn to Google. But startups (or Indie makers) generally don't focus on SEO as they are still working on their projects and hence there is no way to find those startups via Google.

I generally try a combination of searching on startup directories like Product Hunt, Betalist, etc but that is still a hassle.

So what is the best/easiest way to reliably find a startup that is currently solving a given problem?
