How do you collect bug reports from users?

For https://www.checkbot.io/, I use Sentry to submit crash reports and have a "report bug" link that uses Google Forms. I don't get a lot of bug reports actually so this works fine for now.

It's nice because your users don't have to create an account or anything to use the feedback form, you can push your tickets to slack, trello, jira, asana or Visual Studio Team Services as well.

Intercom live chat > validate issue manually > log and prioritise in Trello for developers.

Curious what others do. I don't really like ticketing systems.
