I’m thinking of a cost effective CDN to deliver resources, naturally I don’t have a lot of resources to deliver initially but will as user uploads, etc.

I personally use Sucuri for everything...
Plus they deliver great security, good support, and the price is actually affordable.
I tried Cloudflare before but got better results with Sucuri.
