What is a good & affordable welcome bot/chat service that you guys use?
We're getting ready to launch our landing page, and are looking to integrate one of those chat/welcome bot widgets on our page. Something like Intercom, but cheaper and that will allow us to talk directly with visitors/leads on our site.
What are you guys using? Anything interesting out there?
I would suggest Crisp. The chatbox is unlimited. You can start with their free plan and upgrade to a paid plan later when you have the need. Plans are quite cheap in comparison with competitors. I love their service.

We just put up our landing page, and I was looking into these as well. I got recommendations for freshdesk.com and drift.com -- haven't tried either yet, so interested to know what you decide on! :)
Also, just stumbled across Chaport (https://www.chaport.com/) on BetaList. Looks like it has a good free plan.
Chatport looks awesome! Will give it a shot. I ended up going with Drift for now, will see how it works for us as we get started. Thanks for the suggestions! Really appreciate it Taylor :)

I use ItsAlive primarily. Works pretty well and it's free for a recent amount of traffic
