Ask IH: Tips for Context Switching

I am curious what tips and tricks other Indiehackers use for context switching between working on their side project and doing something else.

I use a simple TODO text file to keep track of what I need to work on next. If I have more than a few code files, I like to also leave a TODO comment in the code so I can quickly grep these.

What do you use to minimize the time needed to do some work on your side project?
