Would you join a startup that use Scheme as programming language?

Others have written much about the merits of LISP languages, my preferred is Scheme. I am dabbling around chez scheme these days. The performances are impressive but it missing a few bits here that said nothing impossible to overcome.

Are there any other schemers around here? What are your plans to conquer the world? Which scheme are you using? How does Scheme or the particular implementation you use makes a difference?
