What it does
The Dublin rental market is brutal: 50+ applications per listing in the first hour, then it's gone. Standard tools (Daft.ie) make you fill 15 dropdowns and rank by paid placement.
HomeScout replaces that with three AI features:
1. Natural-language search*— "2 bed near Trinity under 2,500 with a balcony" works as
