I work on backend systems where things start simple and then slowly become hard to reason about.

Most of my time goes into projects where delivery is stuck, not because teams are incapable, but because the system itself isn’t shaped clearly enough from the start.

Recently, we started building CodeNuk internally. It takes an SRS, breaks it down into features, and generates a structured backend so developers don’t begin from zero every time.

Still early, but it has already changed how we approach building and delivery.
