It started with a book: Teresa Amabile's research on the progress principle showed that noticing and recording small daily progress has a measurable, compounding effect on motivation and results. That insight led to a question: what happens when you connect what you think with what you do?
idazery is the answer — a private journal and personal planner in one timeline, built around a four-step method: Think, See, Decide, Do.
