PhotonFeedback is a feedback gathering tool. I'm developing backend in Java and frontend part is done by a Freelancer (frontend not ready yet). Launch is planned on End of October. Apart from appealing embedded custom form to be placed somewhere on your page it offers multiple integrations where feedback can be passed on. Perfect for all website and product owners (owning apps, marketplaces etc) and for testers as well.
