Hey everyone 👋
I'm launching a browser extension that lets you browse the web together with others, in real-time. With everything going remote, and the Internet feeling like it's less personal and connected, I thought something like this should exist by now. Still early days - it's an experiment in Internet connectivity and collaboration.

Inviting someone to your tab just takes 2 clicks. When you create a co-browsing session, you can see shared cursors, highlights on the same page. But everything happens in the comfort and privacy of your own browser - so browsing with others feels very natural.
Now the question I always get is "cool, but what is it useful for?". Similarly to screen-sharing, the uses are very vast, and it depends! I've been using it for guiding friends and family around the web, I've had others show interest in using it for internal web UX review sessions. Others are interested in the education, tutoring applications. I'd love to hear your suggestions - just send me an email to [email protected].
tbx is free, and it's in beta right now, available for Chrome/Brave. I'm looking for early feedback from indie hackers! More exciting features coming soon.
Thank you!
I hope this will come in handy to walk my parents through some of the online chores they need to get done. They are in another country. I will try it out. :)
Thanks @tvjoshi! Let me know how it goes, and if you experience any issues :)
Seems pretty cool!
