Looking for a great, entrepreneurial senior dev to own a product

Hey everybody, I am a multi time founder, one time exit, and currently am running a company that’s one year in and is making some very big waves in the RV industry. I’m looking to add one, and potentially two full-time hires to the team as we currently have three major product lines that each need individual attention and ownership. One of the products has not been launched yet (a full featured sass business for RV service providers), one is our primary directory/marketplace which you can see on rvhelp.com (and also the RV Help mobile app), and a third warranty product that is being used by manufacturers to send work to our marketplace.

I’m looking to bring on entrepreneurial, product minded developers, who are looking for a little more stability with the ability to own a product now and likely end up in a position to manage a small team over time.

Running the SAAS software probably only requires a senior level, full stack developer, who is very comfortable with cursor and fast paced development, but who has some familiarity with testing and code quality control. The other product is a lot more technical already and will require somebody with a little bit more seniority.

You’ll be part of a high performing team with a lot of independence, but high expectations. We’re building something that’s really cool and that is actually disruptive in a good way for the industry.
