Good idea, but you need to style your homepage, vanilla bootstrap doesn't cut it in 2019.
Try picking any free theme from here https://www.creative-tim.com/bootstrap-themes/free and it'll make a huge difference

The "Made by Leadsbot.xyz" Is on top when there is only one message, I think it should be always on the bottom, it's very annoying and looks unprofessional.

Tried the demo. The calendar accepted elapsed date for booking. Maybe disabling past dates will help.

He does have a demo at the bottom. Though the website should use their own product.

I did check the demo & it does work. You should collect leads using your widget. On the homepage itself.
