The reason for our venture:
Without fuel, there is no fire. Employee’s need motivation as they are the driving force of the business, a successful company will have a lower staff turn around keeping skilled workers interested and motivated to succeed.
Unfortunately, due to the fast pace business environment details can be overlooked, keeping in contact with your employee’s or team members on a daily basis allows real time rectification.
Unlike pulse surveys conducted annually or monthly, the time management of InSight allows fast action and demonstration of the commitment of achieving the perfect business.
We aim to provide a positive employee experience by using data submitted to project a voice.
How will we accomplish this:
InSight’s solution is a push notification software that collects the rating from your team which is recorded daily into an admin dashboard. Push notifications will display pop-up’s on the screen in a small box allowing the user to select a data entry showing their answer such as a 1-5 star rating system. The selection of answers will take seconds to complete by the user which allows a more frequent push notification,
Templated questions, customised questions and flows can be used to the business requirements to distinguish areas of improvement required or to focus on a certain matter.
Employers can analyze and assess their team’s morale and address any areas that require attention in real time, unlike other employee’s engagement software that is focused on the employee of the now and the future.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated individual to start as an equal partner of the team, creating software in line with the foundations provided. As head of software development, we would encourage any creativity or opinions on positive changes and be open to new ideas within the business. This would be solely a technical role; remaining matters would be covered by the two remaining co-founders.
Fully understand as a new start-up the progression will work around commitments.
