Looking for 3 Growth Partners toBuild a LinkedIn Ghostwriting Agency

I'm building a LinkedIn ghostwriting and personal branding agency focused on helping B2B founders and C-suite executives grow their authority, attract qualified leads, and build their personal brands.

I'm not looking to hire employees.
I'm looking for 3 long-term partners who want to grow something together. If you're someone who believes in building for the long term instead of chasing short-term freelance work, I'd love to talk.

Open Roles:

Lead Generation Expert
You'll be responsible for:
• Finding qualified prospects.
• Building targeted lead lists.
• Identifying founders and executives who fit our ideal client profile.
• Keeping a steady pipeline of opportunities.

LinkedIn Growth & Outreach Specialist
You'll:
• Manage clients' LinkedIn profiles.
• Publish content.
• Engage with the right people.
• Send personalized connection requests and DMs.
• Build relationships through consistent outreach.

Sales Closer
You'll:
• Speak with qualified prospects.
• Run discovery or sales calls.
• Understand client needs.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

How We'll Work
This is a revenue-share partnership, not a salaried position.
Every person on the team will earn a percentage based on the role they play in bringing in and serving clients.
For example:
• Lead generators earn a percentage for clients they help bring into the pipeline.
• Closers earn a percentage for clients they successfully close.
• LinkedIn specialists earn a percentage for managing client accounts.

The exact percentage will be discussed openly before we start and will be included in our agreement, so everyone knows exactly how they're paid.
As the agency grows and signs more clients, everyone benefits.

Transparency Matters
I know revenue-share opportunities require trust.
That's why we'll sign a formal agreement before working together.
The agreement will clearly define:
• Revenue-sharing percentages.
• Responsibilities for each role.
• Ownership of client relationships.
• Expectations from both sides.
Everything will be documented so there is complete transparency.

Who I'm Looking For
• Honest and reliable.
• Good communicator.
• Self-driven.
• Willing to think long term.
• Takes ownership of their work.
• Has experience in their role (preferred, but not required if you're willing to learn and put in the effort).

A Quick Note
I understand this opportunity isn't for everyone.
If you're looking for a fixed monthly salary, this probably isn't the right fit.
But if you're excited about helping build an agency from the ground up and sharing in its growth, I'd love to connect with you.

If you're interested, send me a DM with:
• The role you're applying for.
• Your experience.
• Any previous work or results (if available).
• Why this opportunity interests you.

If we're a good fit, DM me and let's build something we're both proud of.
