As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to share a bit of context.
Over the last six months, I’ve been exploring async B2B workflows from a timing and decision-structure perspective. I’ve had real conversations with early-stage teams, some of which progressed into live discussions and will continue into January.
The main insight so far:
Most deals don’t fail because of interest, but because decisions stall when structure and timing aren’t aligned.
I recently organized my thinking into a short overview to clarify what I want to build and refine in 2026.
I’m looking to connect with builders, operators, or founders who are interested in how B2B decisions actually move beyond tools and outreach volume.
Wishing everyone a strong end to 2025 and a focused start to the new year.
