Seeking Technical Cofounder for Validated Problem

Hi all,

I'm an entrepreneur with a background in the traditional/non-tech economy. I founded, grew and sold a small chain of automotive repair shops.

Ever since that acquisition closed, I have been fascinated by the idea of building solutions for the industry's greatest challenge: shortage of skilled trades people.

I looked back at what made our business successful and developed a nugget of an idea around how small businesses could more effectively use long term incentive models to build their brand as the employer of choice.

I've been working with agencies to mock out a prototype site and get some initial feedback. I feel that the problem is validated and I'm currently iterating on the solution given their insights.

My goal is to build a B2B SaaS for deferred comp, phantom equity and profit sharing. Customers indicate that their biggest needs are around plan conceptualization and employee communication/transparency.

I have the time and the resources to commit to this project. I am interested in a technical cofounder, but would also be happy to connect and potentially partner with anyone who is intrigued by the space and idea. My goal is to not just complement each others' skills, but also find someone to walk this path with.

You can find me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/andersggustafson/) or message my gmail at anders.g.gustafson
