Seeking a business partner for SaaS In Employee Engagement/ DEIB Tech

Hello!

Why this vertical?

Tools that help companies with culture, employee retention, and engagement are growing. Additionally, DEIB tech (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) is estimated to be a market size of $313 Million, up from $100 Million in 2019*.

Software products in this space are meant to help retention & engagement metrics and function as risk mitigation policies for the organization.

What is the product?

Speak Candidly (https://speakcandidly.com/) is a digital anonymous suggestion box for organizations that give employees an outlet to provide feedback while retaining their anonymity. The primary differentiator is the optional two-way anonymous follow-ups that allow organizations to get more information and close the loop rather than just a one-way feedback survey.

What's been done so far?

I've built an MVP (Tech stack: Node.JS, React, MySQL hosted on Digital Ocean) and have had a few users test it out.
The feedback has been relatively positive, but I'm not sure if they are the target customer.

What I'm looking in a partner?

I'm looking for someone interested in this space and would like them to partner with me on the marketing/sales side. Specifically, I would like to have a better understanding of

  1. The ideal or target customer
  2. What the product should be
  3. The pitch and messaging

I am not wedded to the product as it is today and flexible to change the product or approach as needed.

Who am I?

I've been in Product Management and Sales for Data As a Service (DaaS) companies in the Advertising ecosystem and did some software engineering a few years ago. My coding skills are decent, and I can build MVPs plus manage the engineering side of the product.
