The problem I see with most KPIs is that people see the data but have no action plan. The real value from me would be how can I increase the value of my tweets to get better engagement.
You create an engaged audience by creating value for people, I see people on Indie Hackers write posts every day; they get no engagement because they're not genuine and they're just self-promoting, they think if they do it everyday that it will eventually pay off.
With the current dashboard I wouldn't know where to begin to improve my engagement. Your tool seems more like S.E.O for twitter, I think the real value is in helping people write better content not hacking hashtags. I don't want incremental improvments I want exponential improvements.
If you could analyse tweets and engagements and then give concrete examples of how to improve I think that would be a very valuable tool.
Example Feedback: Most of your followers are in Italty, the best time to post is at xPM. Over the last 48hrs these were the bigest trends in Italy XXA,XXB,XXC. 60 of your followers have posted about XXC in the last 24 hours. You have talked about XXC trend in the past, could be a good time to post about XXC.
Example Feedback: You use too many irrelevant hashtages in your tweets, more people have viewed your tweets but your engement percentage has decreased.
Example Feedback: Based on sentitment analysis of your tweets; 65% of you tweets are negative. In general people responed better to positive tweets. Try to make your tweets postive for a week and see does it impove your engagement.
