CTO associate wanted for a french start-up

Hello ! I'm Hugo, a french entrepreneur from Lyon and I create a start-up project named SoSmile.
SoSmile is a platform which offer possibility to company & peoples to save time to solve their problems with computer and mobile. Our goal : give back the smile to peoples when they use computer or mobile !

I have some underground technical knowledges but I know that's very limited. So, I'm searching for a CTO associate, if possible (but no mandatory) in French.
Today, company is not created because I want to create it when I will find my associate.
But I had validate product market fit and define a business model very productive !
