Looking for an indie design hacker.

Hi!

Are you a UI/UX designer working on your own business and looking for stable work on the side to get (ramen) profitable? Would you like to get advice from someone with experience? Lets partner up!

I'm Reinder, the founder of Placker.com. I left my consulting job 8 years ago to start the Indie journey. Since then I managed to grow Placker into a profitable business with a small team. Our current designer is leaving because his business took off, which leaves us with an opening in UI/UX design.

I'm looking to partner up with an UI/UX designer who likes and has designed productivity SaaS tools and used his share of tools (like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc) so we can bring Placker to the next level.

There is no problem to take on this role while you are working on your indie business. It is a part time role, roughly 1-2 days a week, fully remote and async when possible. I would be very happy to learn more about your business and give input and advice as you like and need, I'm open to discuss the details of Placker so you can learn from this as well (and for me to get input from you).

Let me know when you are interested so we can plan for a virtual coffee to catch up!

Hi there. I'm a Senior UX/UI designer based in London, UK. I am full-time employed, working in consultancy. In my "free time" 😉 I run a subscription-based consultancy service.

Recently helped our latest client go from 0 to £750k in seed funding.
Coming out of this project now and looking for the next partner.

It's two of us in the team but I might be the only one with availability. But there could be the opportunity to link you up with my partner who specialises in heavy visuals and brand identity :)
