Dystech is an Edtech startup that helps schools & allied health professionals identify dyslexia and assess reading performance. We are combining 2-hours of paper-based traditional reading tests into a 5-minute online assessment.
We are a deep tech AI startup and we use machine learning to create amazing technology to facilitate early identification and support for struggling students.
Dystech is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with a distributed team of 5 people in France, Spain and Australia.

Design and develop our core product which changes the way we assess reading performance and learning differences.
Make architecture decisions to ensure a strong, stable, and scalable product
Building out our tech stack and engineering hiring plan
Work with a small engineering team to increase their expertise and understanding of best development practices
Partner with CEO to define, prioritise and realize product roadmap
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Main requirements
Experience working in an early-stage successful tech start-up
A strong product sense and can build engaging tech for customers
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers
