About the role
Reel Unlimited is currently looking for talented and motivated Graphic Designers to join our design team and get flat daily pay to create incredible designs for our clients.

Please note that this is a freelance, 1099 position. You're compensated based on the number of design projects you deliver.

How it works:

1. If you're accepted to join Reel Unlimited's designer's network, we will notify you whenever a new content request that matches your skills comes through.

2. When you have a design request, you can use our dashboard to review the task, including the brief and the deadline for submission details. So you can create your design and complete it by the deadline. You also will have access to a private Slack channel where you can communicate and collaborate with the client.

3. You invoice us every two weeks and we direct deposit amounts owed to your bank account within ~ 2 business days.

Responsibilities
Design a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with design tools and software like Illustrators, Photoshop and Figma.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project manager, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality designs on a short delay, usually a maximum of 24 hours per project.
Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.

Skills, time, and turnaround requirements:

1. The average project turnaround is 24 hours per design.
2. You have a quota of delivering a minimum of five projects per week, but you can take on as many projects at once.
3. It's a remote, freelance position, so you are free to choose where and when you work!
4. You need to have a least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
5. Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience
6. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, PS, and Indd) and other design software such as Sketch, Canva, and Figma.
7. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
8. Good English communication, detail-oriented and customer-friendly.
9. Team player and have a sense of humor.

Compensations:
US$10 to US$50 per design task, based on complexity, type of design, and other factors.
