Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network by acquiring new restaurant partners within the USA (with a focus on SoCal). This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a drive to introduce groundbreaking technology solutions to a traditional market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Roll’s presence in the Los Angeles hospitality market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Understand restaurant needs and requirements and demonstrate how Roll’s solutions meet them.
Develop a deep understanding of Roll’s products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
Ensure new Customers remain on track to “go live” in implementation, post-sale
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Provide feedback from the field to continuously improve our product and approach.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving targets, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
Strong network within the Los Angeles hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to adopt and follow a sales process
Ability to network and build relationships
Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
