SaaS Operator / Builder (Equity + Rev Share)

I built a small AI healthcare SaaS that recently reached ~six-figure ARR with enterprise customers.

The product works and has real users, but I’m now focused on another startup and no longer have time to actively run it. Some things are automated, but there is plenty of room to improve the product and grow the business.

I’m looking for a technical builder who wants to take over the product and grow it.

Focus areas

• customer support, emails, and occasional calls
• fixing product issues users complain about
• improving onboarding and reducing churn
• shipping targeted product improvements
• standing up growth channels

Infrastructure scaling and endless feature development are not the priority. Customer feedback, support, and growth are.

Ideal background

• you have built and launched products before
• you are comfortable working in complex or inherited codebases
• you care about users, product, and growth

Compensation

Compensation is primarily equity and revenue share, with a possible path to full ownership over time.
A stipend may be possible depending on the candidate, level of involvement, and growth achieved.

Working style

I have limited founder time available, so the role requires someone who can operate very independently.
