Need some help with an idea that covers entire investments concept

I'm working on a startup idea that covers entire investments concept. Anyone with Accounting and Investments background interested in validating my business idea? I want your opinion/criticism on the idea and the legalities/challenges that you think I have to think about.

My goal is to provide a platform where investors can get max returns while sharing the risks with everyone using most powerful yet simple AI/ML driven suggestions.

I'm working on an intuition driven analytical algorithm that can improve the returns while limiting the risk. I know it's not very clear but I don't think it's a good idea to elaborate more on an open platform.
