We launched Trackly a while ago (And it is for Remote Teams!)

Hey everyone!

I want to share our tool, Trackly. We launched it some time ago, but we are still working hard to make it perfect for remote teams.

What is Trackly?
It is a super simple and powerful tool for Remote Workforce Management. It helps managers track team time, manage daily work, and see productivity without any stress.

Why we built this:
Most employee tracking tools are too difficult, have too many bad buttons, or feel like "spyware." We wanted to build something clean, fast, and friendly that teams actually love to use.

What Trackly does:

Easy Time Tracking: Check working hours with just one click.

Smart Team Charts: See who is doing what every week without messy sheets.

No Stress Management: Simple dashboard to manage your whole remote team in one place.

Since we have been live for a while, we fixed a lot of bugs. But now, we need your expert feedback to grow bigger!

Please check it out. If you run a remote team, what is the biggest problem you face? Let us know!

  1. 1

I like that you're challenging the assumption that workforce management has to feel like surveillance.

The interesting challenge is making managers believe they can gain visibility without sacrificing trust. If Trackly consistently delivers on that, it becomes a very different product from most employee monitoring tools.

    1. 1

That is a great point! You are exactly right.

Trackly is built to be different. Most tracking tools feel like "spyware" (secret cameras) that make workers feel bad. We don't want that.

We want to show that trust and tracking can work together. Managers get to see what is happening using simple, clean charts. At the same time, employees get their freedom.

If we can do this right, Trackly will change how remote teams work!
