I didn’t start with an idea.
I started with a frustration.
Across multiple client projects, I kept seeing the same thing:
We’d spend money on ads, SEO, landing pages…
Traffic would come in…
People would start filling out forms…
…and then just leave.
No submission.
No lead.
No way to follow up.
At first, I thought it was a UX issue.
Then maybe pricing, messaging, form length.
But even after fixing all that — it still kept happening.
So I dug into it more.
Turns out, a huge percentage of users never complete forms.
Not because they’re not interested — but because something interrupts them:
a call
a distraction
second thoughts
or just life
And the worst part?
Once they leave, they’re gone.
