We built 4W1N because AI kept writing plans that sounded right, not because they were right

A pattern kept showing up in our founder workshops: someone would use an AI tool, get a polished business plan back in seconds, and still not actually know if their idea held up. The AI had done the thinking, based on a couple of sentences they typed in. It wasn't lying exactly, it just had no way to know if the underlying idea was any good, so it wrote confidently either way.

So we built 4W1N to work in the opposite order. Five workshops (What, Who, Where, Why, Narrative) ask specific, narrow questions, one real decision at a time. AI only comes in at the end, to turn your own answers into properly written prose. It never invents ideas, numbers, competitors, or facts on your behalf.
