We were inspired by the idea of an "Accountability-as-a-Service" business and thought “wouldn’t it be nice to have someone who’s got my back and whose sole job it is to check in with me on a daily basis to see whether I’m on track and following through with my to do’s?”
We followed the 7-Day Startup approach, built the website and systems to fulfil the service delivery, write down SOPs and hiring team members.
